One of the most amazing parts of my job as a couples photographer is that I get to capture beautiful beach couples photos. The cherry on top is that I get to visit all the amazing beaches in Southern California! Bree and Brock killed this couples lifestyle session!

This was a dream shoot of mine! I was able to capture this beautiful surfer couples photos on the beach at sunrise. Sunrise beach sessions are, in my opinion, the best time because beaches are usually completely empty!! So, make sure when planning your couples session at the beach you choose sunrise over sunset! Bree brought some cute boho style props to use from local shops nearby. These props added to the whole beach couples photos vibe!

The Surfer Beach Couple Lifestyle

Bree and Brock have been married for 3 years and they live in Southern California. They love to travel, camp and be outdoors. So, it totally makes sense why they wanted to do a beach couples photoshoot. They are such an extremely genuine, light hearted and laid back couple which definitely shines through these photos!!!

Feeling Flirty + Fun In The Ocean

One of my favorite parts during this couples session at Laguna Beach was when we all got to jump in the ocean and play in the water!! Then, the fun and flirty side totally came out since they were so comfortable! That feeling of comfortability is my number one goal during all of my couples sessions! Being a part of this magical day makes me wish I could play in the water during every couples session!!

When they were playing in the water birds actually flew over them and it gave me total Notebook vibes, “If you’re a bird, I’m a bird”, you know what I mean?!?! So amazing!! We also got to use my fun prisms to make for some really creative images reflecting the water and the sun. Make sure to check them out below!! Then, they had a little dance party on the beach! WOW! They were the life of the party!! Obsessed with these two so much!
